[请教]如何卷实心纸卷？

如题，有些零件需要卷成实心纸卷，比如飞机的螺旋桨桨叶的柄，机炮（这两个例子可能不是太好，因为叶柄里面裹上铜丝可以更结实，机炮应该是空心的），以及一些不知名的小零件。我的做法是用细钢丝做芯，把纸一点点卷在外面，但是这样无论如何也不是“实心‘纸’卷”，有没有更好的办法呢？

I use a toothpick or cotton bud for small parts. Wire sounds just as good.
Thanks. But this kind of method always leaves a hole after the wire/toothpick be removed. Is it possible to avoid the hole in the center? 谢谢。我主要在意的是卷好之后的直径……对于小零件来说，中间一个直径0.5mm的空洞可能会导致成品直径比它的设计直径大出一半吧？ DEADMAN2012 发表于 2014-4-14 03:35 static/image/common/back.gif
You could leave the wire etc in place, and use a coloured marker to disguise the ends.
As commented before, the real focus here is the diameter of final product. For small parts, a diameter which is 0.5mm greater than original design could be a huge mistake. And it is sometimes hard to know the desired diameter before building.
So far, seems the only way is to fit the part before fix its shape, and (when needed) cut off unnecessary section to ensure the diameter. 你是自己设计还是做别人设计好的零件？以我的经验，纸棍要卷成实心只需要用力压着卷动就可以。为了高效我特意做了个压板：形状如泥工的刮刀，不过我的工具不是刀，而是厚板，压在纸棍上一搓，纸棍就实心了。我用来塞乐高孔的小纸棍就是这么做的。
