纸模型比赛规则

    比赛旨在参与,交流提高技艺,扩大宣传。
规则：
    比赛要求用原版图纸或者有版权的免费下载图纸制作，参加比赛的要求提供带有论坛魔方方块(下载：http://www.cardmodel.cn/viewthread.php?tid=387）的原版照片或者下载图纸的链接，使用扫描图纸或者非版权下载图纸制作将被取消比赛资格。原创模型使用现有3D模型或根据资料自己绘图的要提供模型出处和图纸依据，原创建模的要求提供建模截图，同一作者可以参加不同类别参赛，但要求参加类别的作品都要完成。
参加比赛要求在论坛根据分类指定版块发布制作进度照片和成品照片。比赛发布照片要求过程照片尺寸不能低于600X400，也不能超过1024X768，要求照片清晰，不推荐使用摄像头拍摄的模糊照片，建议使用DC摄影，没有条件只能用摄像头或者手机拍摄的请使用稳定的平台和良好的光照辅助，尽可能提高成像效果。完成照片不能小于1024X768，但最好不要超过2048X1526，要求成像清晰。根据模型的大小，至少8-12张展示部位基本制作的照片和4张整体照以及6张以上的细节照片以供评委打分，照片可以调整明暗，但不允许PS等严重修改实际效果的行为。
比赛题材分类：
参加比赛模型分为CPM-1、CPM-2、CPM-3、CPM-4等四个类型
ØCPM-1为军事题材纸模型。
ØCPM-2为民用题材纸模型。
ØCPM-3为科幻动漫题材模型。
ØCPM-4为原创类模型。
一、评分标准：
评分采用百分制，满分为100分。评分分成A和B个部分。

CPM-1，CPM-2
A：基础制作，满分60分
   
1、完成程度。满分30分。准确使用图纸提供的部件制作，没有使用的部件要有说明。（无异常缺损即满分，基本保底分）
   
2、组合效果，满分10分。部件之间的组合、拼接准确，表面整洁。溢出胶水痕迹、粘贴不准确的，每处扣1分（扣完为止）
   
3、涂装，补色。满分10分。部件露白，白边，涂色色差、涂色明显不均匀的每处扣1分（扣完为止）
   
4、.模型整体表现效果。满分10分。各部件及其细节达到设计表现的效果。（基本印象分，无异常即满分，基本保底分）
B：细节和效果追加，满分40分

    1、细节加分，满分24分。细节追加要有资料参照，否则无加分，要有明显与基础设计区别效果的。其中栏杆，扶手，铆钉，天线等原纸模中有提示的，按整体效果评分以2，4，6三档加分；其他细节每处按效果以1，2两档加分，相同部分按一处计算，使用纸来追加效果的加2分，其他材料的不加分。
    2、效果加分，满分6分。（特指区别与纸模型设计本身的旧化等效果，注意和模型以及原本的旧化效果的整体协调性，达到提升效果的给予加分，根据实际效果，2，4，6三个档次加分）
C：其他表现形式加分，满分10分。区别与纸模型基础设计的活动部件组合，灯光效果，遥控效果，场景追加等，按整体提升模型的效果按2，4，6，8，10五档评分，单种表现形式最高6分。
CPM-3

评分标准：满分100分
   
1、完成程度。满分20分。准确使用图纸提供的部件制作，没有使用的部件要有说明。（无异常缺损即满分，基本保底分）
   
2、组合效果，满分30分。部件之间的组合、拼接准确，表面整洁。溢出胶水痕迹、粘贴不准确的，每处扣1分（扣完为止）

CPM-4

基础部分评分同CPM-1的A评分标准
加分标准：满分40分

    1、图纸设计: 20分。按照拆图合理性来评分。形象原创，包括根据平面图纸自己建模，最多加20分；使用现有的3D模型文件或者引用模型修改，最多加10分。

2、贴图效果：10分。使用现成的材质贴图最多加5分；自行设计贴图效果的加10分。

3、其他表现形式加分：10分。设计模型加入可动，场景等模型部件的加分。

二、
奖励标准
各项比赛类型各分4个奖项一等奖3名，二等奖3名，3等奖4名，进步奖5名。
Ø一等奖奖品——难度较大正版纸模型图纸一套（根据各类型定图纸类型）
Ø二等奖奖品——难度中等正版纸模型图纸一套（根据各类型定图纸类型）
Ø三等奖奖品——难度较低正版纸模型图纸一套（根据各类型定图纸类型）
Ø进步奖奖品——模型制作工具。
三、评定人员
将由论坛组织选定人员组成评定小组并结合玩家的评价评分。
四、时间安排
比赛时间从规则正式公布之日起，截止期为09年春节，即2009年1月26日。
比赛作品以本论坛为唯一发布，优秀作品我们将向专业媒体推荐投稿

Rules for the Cardmodel.cn Cardmodel Competition:

The model to enter the competition must be an original copy of a commercial model, or a model freely available on the internet, i.e. no pirate models/scans allowed. All entries must provide a photo of the model's cover page taken with the modeler, or a download link to the free model. Any pirate copies/scans will be disqualified immediately. For original designs, if the mesh is not modeled by the author, a link to the source must be provided, if the mesh is original, then the modeler must provide screenshots of the modeling process. Participants are allowed multiple entries to DIFFERENT categories, but completion of every entry is required.

To enter the competition, the modeler must post photos, both during the model's building process and after completion, to relevant sections of the forum (cardmodel.cn). The scale cube provided with the forum must be used  ( http://www.cardmodel.cn/viewthread.php?tid=387 )

The dimensions of in-progress photos must be larger than 600x400, but does not exceed 1024x768. Photos must be sharp, blurry pictures taken by webcams are not accepted. Use of digital camera is recommended, although webcams and mobile phones are also allowed for those without a DC.

When taking a photo, the model must be properly supported and with adequate lighting, in order to produce photos of maximum quality.

The dimensions of photos for the completed model must not be below 1024x768, but not too large either (i.e., below 2048x1526). Photos must be sharp. 8-12 photos of the building process, 4 photos of the entire completed model, and more than 6 photos on the model's details are required (number varies according to the size of the model). Adjusting the brightness and contrast of the photos are allowed, but otherwise, photoshopping or any other severe modifications to the final effect of the picture are considered cheating and is banned.

Categories

This competition is divided into 4 categories:

CPM-1 - Military models of all subjects
CPM-2 - Civillian models of all subjects
CPM-3 - All Sci-fi and anime-related subjects
CPM-4 - Original designs of all subjects

Marking scheme: CPM-1, CPM-2

The full mark of the marking scheme is 100, and is divided into part A and B.

--A: Basic building skills, 60 points

1, Completion, 30 points. Correctly assemble the model using the parts provided, any unused parts must be noted. Unless in special cases, this 30 points can be awarded in full.

2, Final effects, 10 points. Accurate positioning and joining of the parts, clean surfaces. Deduct 1 point for each glue stain visible on the model surface. (until all 10 points are deducted)

3, Painting and edge colouring, 10 points. Deduce 1 point for each visible white (uncoloured) edge, exposed reverse side of paper, and uneven paintings. (until all 10 points are deducted)

4, Overall visual effects, 10 points. The model's final visual appeal has reached what the designer intended. Unless in special cases, this 10 points can be awarded in full.

--B: Additional details and effects, 40 points maximum

1, Scratchbuilt details, 24 points. All additional details must be outside the original model's detailing and have reference material available, otherwise no points are awarded. For handrails, bolts, antennae etc which are hinted in the design, award 2, 4, or 6 points for each one, according to its overall effect. Other details are awarded 1 or 2 points for each one. Repeating details count as a single one. Award an additional 2 points if the added detail is made from paper.

2, Additional effects, 6 points. Weathering and ageing outside the original model's design. Award 2, 4, or 6 points according to the compatibility of these effects to the model. (i.e. they do not look out-of-place)

3, Additional methods of presentation, 10 points maximum

Parts different from the model's basic design, e.g. lights, RC, diorhama, etc. Award 2, 4, 6, 8, or 10 points according to the increase in overall visual appeal, *award 6 points maximum for a single method of presentation.

Marking scheme: CPM-3

The full mark of the marking scheme is 100.

1, Quality of design, 20 points. Original design / design from 3-view drawings etc, maximum 20 points. If the mesh used is not original (ie, modeled by others, or ripped from game / software), then the maximum is only 10 points.

2, Quality of texture, 5 points. award maximum of 10 points If texture is original, otherwise 10 points max.

3, Other methods of presentation, 10 points. incorporating movable / diohrama effects etc, maximum 10 points to be awarded.

Awards:

3 first-class, 2 second-class, 4 thirs-class and 5 runners-up are to be chosen in EACH category, according to the marks obtained by the contestants.

Prizes to be awarded:

First-class, one copy of commercial model with a high skill level, type of model chosen according to entry's category.
Second-class, one copy of commercial model with a medium skill level, type of model chosen according to entry's category.
Third-class, one copy of commercial model with a low skill level, type of model chosen according to entry's category.
Runners-up, tools for cardmodeling.

Judges are to be chosen from forum members, and marks according to the marking scheme above.

The time for the competition is now (the time of publication of this rule) until Chinese New Year 2009, ie 26 Jan 2009.

Entries are to be publicised by Cardmodel.cn only, and entries worth special notice are to be recommended to relevant model magazines.
